Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective employability training sessions to diverse groups of learners
- Develop and update training materials to ensure they are current and relevant
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners
- Support learners in creating CVs, preparing for interviews, and improving job search strategies
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive training experience
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employability training
- Proven experience as a trainer in the employability sector or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employability skills, job market trends, and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
- A teaching or training qualification is desirable but not essential
- An enhanced DBS is essential for this role
