Description
The Training Manager will be responsible for:
- Conducting training sessions for internal employees
- Provide training and solutions to the customers' trainers
- Developing and implementing training materials and programs.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Managing and maintaining training records.
- Advising on training and development strategies for the logistics department.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Profile
A successful Training Manager should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in plant or heavy machinery hire.
- Proven success as a training manager.
- Strong knowledge of training processes and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Previous customer engaging roles.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Capability to assess the effectiveness of training and development programs.
- Logistics distribution and supply chain knowledge
Job Offer
- Salary range of 45,000 - 55,000 per annum.
- A company vehicle and fuel card.
- Monday - Friday with autonomy in relation to the hours
