The head office is in Wolverhampton, but this will be a national role. The candidate will require industry specific experience.

Description

The Training Manager will be responsible for:

• Conducting training sessions for internal employees
• Provide training and solutions to the customers' trainers
• Developing and implementing training materials and programs.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Managing and maintaining training records.
• Advising on training and development strategies for the logistics department.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Profile

A successful Training Manager should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in plant or heavy machinery hire.
• Proven success as a training manager.
• Strong knowledge of training processes and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Previous customer engaging roles.
• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
• Capability to assess the effectiveness of training and development programs.
• Logistics distribution and supply chain knowledge

Job Offer

• Salary range of 45,000 - 55,000 per annum.
• A company vehicle and fuel card.
• Monday - Friday with autonomy in relation to the hours
