Overview:

A Fantastic opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and confident individual to work as a Credit Controller for a Wolverhampton based business to consumer organisation. This establishment are well established within the West Midlands region, you will be working within a supportive and inclusive credit team which offers a unique and positively challenging workload.

The finance team consists of collaborative and experienced individuals which creates a positive and friendly working environment. The roles main responsibilities consist of managing debt recovery in line with performance targets, maintaining accurate records and following lending strategies to provide and negotiate suitable payment plans for customers. The vacancy requires an immediately available candidate who is naturally enthusiastic with a proactive mindset.

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in managing alternating volumes of invoices at both high and low values is desirable but not essential.
  • Good knowledge and level of understanding around UK credit legalities, processes and procedures.
  • An Innovative and proactive mindset is required in order to find new and effective ways of bringing down aged debt figures whilst maintaining strong relationships with consumers.
  • Excellent time management is needed to prioritise workload efficiently and regularly monitor allocated consumers accounts.
