Customer Service Administrator

Senior Customer Service Administrator£25,000 - £30,000 per annumFull-time, PermanentWolverhampton basedNo hybrid workingKey duties

• Ensuring clients receive a same-day response to all queries
• Ensuring client 'ticketing' system is clear at the end of every day
• Providing full administrative support to the helpdesk and the operations team
• Occasional minute taking in client meetings
• Leadership and overseeing of the day-to-day running of the office and helpdesk team

What you'll need to succeed

• Exceptional initiative and a self-starter attitude
• Experience in administration, customer service or helpdesk roles
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering is preferred but not essential
