Customer Service Advisor

Your new companyA reputable, rapidly-growing business based in the south of Wolverhampton is looking for an additional member of staff to join their sales team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Your new role

• Answering general customer enquiries
• Processing customer orders
• Sending out documents and information to new customers
• Generating leads for the sales team
• Inputting sales orders and data

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent initiative and ability to work independently
• Well-organised and ability to prioritise workload
• Great attention to detail
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is ideal but not essential
