Your new role
- Answering general customer enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Sending out documents and information to new customers
- Generating leads for the sales team
- Inputting sales orders and data
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent initiative and ability to work independently
- Well-organised and ability to prioritise workload
- Great attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is ideal but not essential
