We have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Technician to join our team within VistryNorth West Midlands, at various site across the region. As our Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer care service to all Vistry Clients and Customers in accordance with the guidelines specified within the associated contract conditions and working to maintain our 5* builder status.  You will carry out repairs, source all necessary materials in advance in order to complete works on time and within the first visit. You will also assist office-based staff with putting together a programme of works for subcontractors and be on hand to offer technical advice. This is an excellent opportunity to be working permanently with one of the most successful and recognisable main contractors and housebuilders in the UK who have built a superb name in the market.

    • Experience working as a multi-trade maintenance operative in a customer facing environment is desirable but not essential

    • Carry out multi-trade remedial work to a Vistry’s quality standards
    • Undertake vehicle and equipment inspections on a regular basis
    • Ensure all areas of traffic, or areas at risk are covered and/or protected from any damage from remedial activities
    • Maintain in good order the company vehicle assigned and be mindful of the responsibilities of the road worthiness of same
    • Ensures that purchaser’s acceptance sheets are signed by purchaser as proof of completion that the work is finished to Vistry’s quality standard
    • Assist the Quality Inspectors with back checks when necessary
    • Carry out all duties in accordance with Vistry’s internal code of conduct
    • Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person through the CM system
    • Familiarise and hold a good understanding of required policies and procedure
    • Plan the allocation of own work to ensure an effective and efficient use of time and resources whilst ensuring customer needs are met
