Lead Generation & Customer Service Advisor | Wolverhampton WV5 | £25,500

We are on the lookout for a motivated Lead Generation and Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone taking their first steps into the sales environment, with real opportunities to progress into Sales or Transport roles.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing Deliveries & Transport: Carry out transport checks and update customers on delivery schedules
  • Processing Orders: Accurately input customer purchase orders into our system
  • Generating New Business: Create fresh tenders and research potential new companies
  • Marketing Outreach: Distribute introduction letters, flyers, and promotional merchandise
  • Reporting: Compile management information to help track performance
  • Coordinating Meetings: Arrange meetings between suppliers, customers, and our sales representatives, actively building relationships

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous outbound call experience in a call centre or similar sales/customer service role is advantageous (though not essential)
