This is a full time, permanent position based in their office located within the Wolverhampton area.Your new role
- Processing orders
- Processing inbound queries
- Support the retention and growth of the customer base
- Updating customer details
- Advising on products and offering alternatives
- Form meaningful customer relationships
- Liaising with warehouse and distribution
- Log customer issues
- General administrative duties
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Experience in customer service and sales is ESSENTIAL
- Good administration skills
