We are seeking a Customer Services Advisor to support our German, French, and UK customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media. In this role, you will provide expert advice on our products, assist with sales inquiries, and ensure a professional and friendly customer experience. The client provides all necessary equipment, onboarding, and training to support remote work, with a hybrid model in place (4 days from the office and the rest from home). Based in the West Midlands close to Birmingham.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and product support via telephone, email, live chat and social media.
  • Demonstrating empathy, patience, and resilience while assisting customers safely.
  • Ensuring all inquiries via telephone and email are responded to in a timely manner (inbound and outbound calls).
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the system and products to provide guidance and advice on the products and services.

To succeed in this role, you should have a customer-focused approach and be fluent in German, French and English, written and spoken. Profile:

  • Fluency in German and French, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a help desk role is desirable.
  • Experience or knowledge of deliveries, e-commerce or customer service are desirable.
