The Company

Seymour John are pleased to be working in partnership with an exciting and well-established business in Wolverhampton, who have seen strong growth in recent years and are now looking to strengthen their finance team with the appointment of a Cash Support Administrator.

The Opportunity

The Cash Support Administrator is responsible for providing administration support to the credit control team, overseeing all shared billing inbox’s and uploading to 3rd party portals.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring the daily cash allocation process is accurate and up to date
  • Ensuring that all payment disputes are managed, by working closely with the collection teams and credit control
  • Ensuring that Query resolution and timely cash collection to customer credit accounts takes place daily
  • Managing the volume and value of unallocated cash to sustainable levels whilst minimising the impact of bad debt within the company

Personal Profile

We are looking to speak with candidates who have previous experience working in a credit control or finance related position. You must be able to demonstrate a strong ability to consistently achieve targets and be able to manage challenging situations in a clear, empathetic manner.
