Working Hours : 37.5hours 8:30-4:30

- Band 6 or 7. Really need to be F2F, could poss accommodate 1 day remote

- one community nutrition support job and the other is oncology. Both would need experience in those fields.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Patient Care:

    • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients requiring specialized nutrition support.
    • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans, including recommendations for enteral and parenteral feeding regimens.
    • Monitor patients’ progress and adjust nutrition plans based on clinical indicators and lab results.
    • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition strategies and feeding techniques.
  2. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and case reviews to address complex patient needs.
