Document Controller required for an exceptional West Midlands based business,

In this role, you'll step into an integral position, overseeing document control processes across multiple sites. Joining a collaborative team, your efforts will contribute to the seamless flow of information crucial to our client's success.

Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Efficiently manage document control processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
Information Flow: Facilitate smooth communication within the company, supporting various operations.
Administrative Tasks: Handle typing, printing, filing, and other administrative duties as required.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in managing calendar schedules and coordinating meetings.
IT Coordination: Support the setup and delivery of IT equipment for both local and remote offices.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative procedures and systems.
Client Interaction: Represent the organization professionally in interactions with suppliers and clients.

Qualifications and Experience:
Industry Experience: Previous experience in document control within the construction industry is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are a must.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications.
