Role : Automatic Door Engineer
Location: Interview will be based in Telford but work is distributed throughout the UK.
Working Hours:
- 45 hours per week
- Monday to Saturday
Salary: From £32,000+ (depending on experience).
This is a direct permanent role.
Key Responsibilities for a Automatic Door Engineer:
- Install security shutter doors, automatic doors, and roller shutter doors at various client locations.
- Ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements for a Automatic Door Engineer:
- Proven experience in installing security shutter doors, automatic doors, and roller shutter doors.
- Strong engineering background.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
