Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years Teacher seeking a new opportunity?
Flourish Education is looking for a warm and nurturing Nursery Teacher to join a two-form entry Primary School from January until the end of the academic year. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and includes planning, marking, and full teaching responsibilities.
In this role, you’ll take charge of the teaching and learning for the nursery class, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, assessing and monitoring pupil progress, and participating in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school activities. You’ll also lead classroom support staff, fostering a collaborative environment to create a safe and inspiring space for children to learn and grow during this pivotal stage of their development.

Required skills and experience for this Nursery Teacher role:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Confident in leading a classroom of children.
- Strong behaviour and classroom management
- Confident teaching and planning around the EYFS Curriculum
- To be able to work effectively with the Teaching Assistant
