With this supply role, you can choose the days that work best for you and whether you want to work long term or short term, you will be offered work in local schools allowing you to enjoy flexibility while still making a meaningful impact in the classroom.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with teachers to create a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
  • Supporting
  • students with a variety of special needs, encouraging independence and engagement.
  • Supporting in personal care when needed, ensuring student comfort and safety at all times.
  • Adapting quickly to new classrooms and varying student needs.
  • Assisting teachers in managing class activities, helping students focus, and promoting social and emotional development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a care, support, or educational role with a minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK.
  • A caring and patient attitude, with a passion for working with children with special educational needs.
  • The ability to adapt to different classroom settings and a variety of student needs.
  • Flexibility to work on a supply basis, and a willingness to work in different schools.
  • A DBS check (or the willingness to apply for one).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
