The school are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting children in lower Key Stage 2 (KS2). The successful candidate will play a vital role in the classroom and provide targeted English interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities and support children during lessons.
- Lead small groups of children to enhance their reading, spelling, and creative writing skills.
- Monitor and track the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Work closely with class teachers to ensure the provided work meets the needs of the children.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant qualifications and experience as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A passion for education and supporting children's development.
