Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to work in a Wolverhampton school, supporting children aged 3 to 11 years.

Job Requirements for this Teaching Assistant role in Wolverhampton:
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Ability to support children with additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other complex needs
  • A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to learning support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers and SENCOs
  • A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

This role involves supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping them to engage in classroom activities, develop confidence, and reach their full potential. You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to provide personalised learning support and behaviour management strategies.
