The role:

We are currently recruiting a student hub advisor for one of our well-established clients in the education sector. On a day-to-day basis, you will be faced with many duties which will consist of delivering excellent and professional customer service in the student hub to a wide range of visitors and customers, promote the range of products and student hub services increasing student participation across all areas.

Key responsibilities (not limited too):

• Respond to the needs of students/staff promptly, politely and efficiently.
• Inform and advise financial support to students.
• Have a clear understanding of the services that they offer.
• Participate in open days, events and enrollments including during weekdays and evenings.
• Handling in-person, online and telephone enquiries.
• Liaise with students and staff members, passing on clear information when given.
• Dealing with difficult or awkward customers in a calm professional manner.
• Contribute to the student hub team to ensure professional status is maintained.
