You will be joining the Assets and Estates Management Team, responsible for the management and operation of all of our clients buildings electrical requirements including HV and LV infrastructure, Building Management Systems (BMS) and their fire and security systems.

Description

This Electrical Engineer role involves the design, build, and maintenance of electrical systems, contributing to long-term sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver new and replacement electrical services, including high and low voltage systems.
  • Conduct building surveys and ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Manage maintenance contracts and project delivery from conception to completion.
  • Provide expertise to optimize systems, including HVAC, fire safety, and security systems.
  • Lead sustainable initiatives and align operations with carbon reduction goals.
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

To be considered for this role applicants will need to meet the below criteria:

  • A degree, HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Membership in a relevant professional body, such as the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
  • Strong project management and team leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in industry software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • A track record of delivering maintenance and capital improvement projects in a customer-focused environment.

It would be highly advantageous to have experience of working within a design consultancy and being able to demonstrate experience in the full life-cycle management of capital projects.

Job Offer

A salary of £49,000 - £56,000 is on offer.
