Your new companyWe are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious institution for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their Estates and Facilities Directorate. This role is part of the Assets and Estates Management Team, responsible for managing and operating all electrical requirements across multiple campuses, including HV and LV infrastructure, Building Management Systems (BMS), and fire and security systems. Your new role You will take the lead and provide professional expertise in all aspects of electrical engineering for the design, build, and maintenance of electrical systems across the estate portfolio. You will also manage maintenance and service contracts from end-to-end and contribute to the long-term capital and maintenance plan, undertaking electrical projects as needed.What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Building Services Engineering or a minimum Higher National Diploma (HND).
  • Incorporated Engineer (IEng) / Chartered Engineer (CEng) status registered with the Engineering Council, or membership with the Chartered Institute of Building Services (MCIBSE) or Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
  • Experience in electrical design
