Job Title: Electrician (Commercial Refurbishment & Maintenance)

Hourly Rate: 17 - 18 per hour + Overtime

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial refurbishment projects
- Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics on electrical systems
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and industry regulations
- Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Complete necessary paperwork and certification for each job
- Work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Previous experience in commercial refurbishments and maintenance projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and fault-finding techniques
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
