The company is seeking a permanent Electrician for a well-established property maintenance firm.
The position offers a salary of approximately £37,500 per annum, equating to over £25 per hour, along with benefits such as a company van, fuel card, and phone.
Responsibilities include testing and inspecting, EICR's, fault finding, accessory changes, and some small refurbishment works.
Candidates must have NVQ Level 3 or C&G 2357 in Electrical, 18th Edition, and 2391 qualifications, along with the ability to pass enhanced DBS checks.
The role provides opportunities for progression within the business and is available as an ongoing contract.

As the Electrician you will be responsible for:

Testing and inspecting

The successful Electrician will:
