Maintenance Electrician - FM - Wolverhampton - need a Gold card. Salary to 拢38k
We are currently look for a Maintenance Electrician to work alongside our existing Facilities team
The main responsibilities will be to maintain the general upkeep of Electrical systems across a number of sites, you will be required to inspect premises, conduct routine maintenance, carry out PPM tasks, perform repairs and fix any faulty accessories
You will also be required to carry out install works alongside our projects and install team
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will need good knowledge of Electrical Building Services including
路 Proven experience as a Building Services Maintenance Engineer (minimum 3 years)
路 Hands-on experience in working within the maintenance & service industry
路 Ability to read technical documents and drawings
路 Excellent approach to health & safety following all guidelines required
路 Full Driving License
路 18th Edition, C&G level 3
路 Gold card
