As an Account Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless delivery of on-site recruitment solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing key aspects of the recruitment process, including CV submissions and interview scheduling.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to gather feedback.
  • Raising worker contracts through our HR system and conducting inductions for new starters.
  • Providing top-notch care for Associates throughout their assignments, handling queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintaining absence trackers and managing time-sheets to ensure compliance.
  • Analysing key HR and recruitment metrics and keeping our processes efficient.
  • Attending scheduled Associate surgeries to foster communication and support.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Previous recruitment or basic HR experience, showcasing key competencies in the field.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to your workday, adapting to changing priorities seamlessly.
