Salary: Starting Salary: 28- 30k 

Shift: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights 

We are looking to recruit multiple motivated Production Process Operators coming from a fast-paced MANUFACTURING background to ensure high performance and quality standards are met within their production line process. This role will suit a Production Process Operator who is currently responsible for running production lines in a fast pace environment who has some basic maintenance and who is looking to step up technically. The key skills of the Production Process Operator

  • The Production Process Operator should have experience setting maintaining and operating the production lines.
  • This role would be suitable for process operators coming from a mechanical background
  • Ensure products meet the standard for quality
  • Run the plant to standard operating procedures, which includes start-ups and changeovers
  • Liaising with plant development teams for improvement on standards
  • Maintain records on and hourly/daily basis, completing gap analysis
  • Ensuring observable standards are achieved for the line
  • The Production Process Operator must have excellent communication/ problem solving skills
  • Experience of operating machinery within a fast paced MANUFACTURING environment is a MUST.  
  • Mechanical background – Desirable
