Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Finance/Income Analyst to join a successful family run business in the West Midlands. You will involved with Supplier payments, Stock, Indirect income etc and will have the opportunity to progress in this business. They offer 3 days a week onsite with 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities -

  • Finance / Stock Analysis
  • Working with Indirect Income
  • Analyse and resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
  • Prepare accurate invoices and credit notes.
  • Perform account reconciliation tasks.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to correct billing errors.
  • Support the development of internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for billing activities.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with standard procedures and customer agreements.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field / Part Qualified
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • An understanding of accounting principles and financial/stock analysis.
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and clients.
