Job Overview:We are recruiting a skilled Finance Business Partner on a temporary basis to support our client's well-established business during a dynamic time in their organisation. This pivotal role will act as the link between finance and the wider business, providing financial insight, analysis, and guidance to assist in strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial support to business units, acting as a trusted partner to operational and leadership teams.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis, business performance insights, and forecasts to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with non-financial stakeholders to explain financial data, address queries, and align on key business objectives.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and financial best practices.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across the business, offering actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements across financial operations in partnership with other teams.
  • Support month-end processes, including variance reporting and scenario analysis.
  • Actively contribute to ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar commercial finance role.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytic mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
