SF Recruitment is currently working with a fantastic organisation based in Wolverhampton (hybrid working). We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with experience in investments/fund accounting to join our Clients growing Finance team. This key role ensures effective financial control, leads a high-performing team, and contributes to the strategic priorities of the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Finance team, including workload allocation, performance management, and team development. Act as the primary escalation point for customer queries, ensuring timely resolution. Oversee financial accounting, including preparation of reports and supporting the divisions Annual Report and Accounts. Ensure accurate reconciliation and maintenance of financial records, including quarterly and year-end accounts.. Deliver and report on team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet service objectives. Lead small-scale projects, driving process improvements and supporting change initiatives. Provide technical accounting support, including updates on accounting standards and staff training. Support the external audit process with accurate working papers and investment reports.
