Job Purpose
  • Deliver expert tax advice to a wide-ranging client portfolio, including HNWIs and sole traders
  • Manage all commercial aspects of your portfolio, ensuring client expectations are met
  • Work closely with Partners to deliver high-quality tax strategies and solutions
  • Prepare and review tax reports and compliance work
  • Undertake advisory projects, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Trusts tax, and SAS
  • Act as the main liaison with HMRC, handling client enquiries proactively
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and identifying training needs
  • Identify opportunities to add value for clients and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy

  • Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent) with significant experience in personal tax
  • Experienced in managing client portfolios and delivering tailored tax solutions
  • Confident supervising and mentoring junior staff, with strong leadership skills
  • Technically adept, with excellent knowledge of UK tax regulations
  • Organised and proactive, with strong time management skills
  • Exceptional communicators with a positive attitude and a client-focused approach
