Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Personal Tax Manager, you will work closely with the Tax Partner and senior leadership team to deliver expert tax planning, compliance, and advisory services. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring accurate compliance and delivering expert advice
- Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of complex personal tax returns
- Advising clients on capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and income tax planning
- Acting as a trusted advisor, strengthening long-term client relationships
- Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, providing training and guidance
- Staying up to date with tax legislation changes and keeping clients informed
- Assisting clients with HMRC enquiries, investigations, and tax disclosures
- Identifying and developing opportunities to provide additional services to clients
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to client service
- Leading business development initiatives, networking, and identifying new client opportunities
- Reviewing and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Representing the firm externally, reinforcing its reputation as a leading tax advisory practice

Candidate Requirements- CTA qualification, with extensive experience in personal tax advisory and compliance
- Strong technical expertise combined with a commercial mindset
- A proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent service

- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

- £70,000 to £90,000 per annum
