Financial Planning Administrator

Salary to £32,000 plus benefits (potentially higher for the right person)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing and ambitious Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) practice based in Wolverhampton.

This is a chance to become part of a small, close-knit team, where your contributions will directly impact the success of the business. The team are a friendly, hard-working bunch of experienced Financial Planning professionals, working together towards the common goal of providing a first class service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers.
  • Manage client onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks.
  • Help implement and optimize operational procedures and systems (knowledge of Intelliflo is highly desirable).
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain high compliance and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Someone who understands the sector and can take initiative.
  • Proficient in using financial planning software, particularly Intelliflo.
  • Experience of FE Analytics and provider platforms (in particular abrdn) would be an advantage
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently.
  • Ambitious and willing to grow with the business.
