Overview:Join our dynamic team as a Beam Saw Operator in a thriving plastic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:- Operate beam saws to ensure accurate and efficient cutting of plastic materials.
- Set up and calibrate the saw for each job, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Load and unload materials, inspect equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
- Install and remove blades from the machine as required.
- Work from technical drawings, maintaining precision in every cut.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience with beam saws, computerized cross-cut saws, or automated cross-cut saws.
- Experience in plastic manufacturing (preferred).
- Familiarity with Homag Saw Machines (advantageous).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Forklift License (counterbalance preferred).
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
