Two brilliant opportunities have arisen for Call Handlers to join a friendly, professional team, offering a varied and interesting workload. The highly professional team offers outstanding quality, flexible virtual assistance services to their 300 plus client bank, with the aim of becoming indispensable to the clients’ businesses. The team consists of fifteen great ladies, three lovely gents and Rosie and Looby Loo the post dogs – you will have to love their gorgeous Cockapoos! The roles available are one for Team Ewok, supporting all their wonderful trades clients, and one for Team R2D2, supporting their message taking clients. What you’ll be doing as Call Handler:
  • Accurately record messages and sending via email or WhatsApp
  • Managing diaries using Google Calendars, Office365 and bespoke software systems
  • Planning routes for clients
  • Working with capsule CRM and other CRM/Job Management systems
  • Booking appointments
  • Email Management
  • Typing
We’re looking for a Call Handler with:
  • Previous experience in a call centre or as an inbound/outbound call handler/operative, telephonist or Customer Service Advisor.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Possess a professional telephone manner and clear telephone voice
  • Understand Google Calendars and Microsoft Outlook for emails
  • Be organised with attention to detail
  • Be quick to learn new systems
  • Eligibility to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.
Working hours:Team Ewok (Trades): Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00Team R2 (Call Answering): Monday-Thursday, 09:30-14:30 and Friday, 09:00-17:00 All staff agree to work a maximum of two Saturdays a month (realistically it is only ever one).
