- Accurately record messages and sending via email or WhatsApp
- Managing diaries using Google Calendars, Office365 and bespoke software systems
- Planning routes for clients
- Working with capsule CRM and other CRM/Job Management systems
- Booking appointments

- Typing
- Previous experience in a call centre or as an inbound/outbound call handler/operative, telephonist or Customer Service Advisor.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Possess a professional telephone manner and clear telephone voice
- Understand Google Calendars and Microsoft Outlook for emails
- Be organised with attention to detail
- Be quick to learn new systems
