An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with a specialist practice in Staffordshire.

The Successful candidate will ideally have previous experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters, and have a passion for gaining the best possible outcome for their Clients.

The Role:

  • Managing own caseload acting for claimants in moderate to high-value Clinical Negligence matters
  • Working within procedural and funding guidelines
  • Working closely with partners and colleagues

This role is a hybrid role and they are looking at offering a salary of circa £50k, plus an excellent benefits package.

In order to be considered for this role you need to have experience of Clinical Negligence and litigation. You must have excellent communication and teamworking skills, and be looking to work for a growing company, with excellent opportunities for progression.
