Ideally, you will have fundraising experience, but strong sales background, coupled with customer service and entrepenurial spirit would also be very much considered.

This a flexible role, WFH as well as working out of a prestigious military base 2-3 days a week, and also often on the road covering the military bases in theMidlands.

You will be alongside and helping beneficiaries and also working alongside the serving personnel and retired veterans we also organise and take part in a mass participation events, attend and assist at events such as Armed Forces Day, Air shows etc. Every day you will make a difference and play your part in changing the lives of others and helping veterans and their families get through the toughest of times.

We are looking for someone to achieve ambitious community fundraising targets. You will be an excellent communicator and an energetic self-starter.

You will be comfortable with working independently, but ready to utilise the support of colleagues across the charity.
You would need to be perceptive and versatile and will have the ability to translate a story into rich content and compelling scenarios inspiring people to work with us. Above all, you naturally build rapport to quickly establish relationships and develop innovative partnerships.

?You will equally be as comfortable supporting members who want to fundraise, as you will presenting to a room full of students, a company or potential volunteers. No one day will be the same, and you will be the local face and voice of the charityon the ground. You will quickly build your understanding of the key influencers in your community, and you will ensure they understand what we do so they will want to be associated with the charity. You will be responsible for raising income through existing networks of supporters, volunteers and building new relationships within the military, community groups and local business.

?As an experienced fundraiser, you will also be responsible to the Team Leader for promoting team as well as individual success.
