Job Title: Experienced Electrical Estimator
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to 60,000 (Based on Experience)+ Car Allowance

We are a large M&E Contractor based in Wolverhampton, seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. We work across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, local authority, education, and government. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for projects in commercial, industrial, education, and government sectors.
Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to understand the full scope of work.
Conduct detailed take-offs from design drawings and specifications.
Prepare cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment for multi-million-pound projects.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotes and ensure best value.
Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless handover of successful tenders.
Provide detailed reports and assist with bid proposals.
Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies to ensure competitive and accurate estimating.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E sector.
Proven track record of estimating for projects in the commercial, industrial, education, and government sectors.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using estimating software and MS Office.
Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar.
