Estimator

We are actively seeking an Estimator to join an established Fit-Out and Refurbishment Contractor based near Wolverhampton due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family run business with a healthy pipeline of work. They're actively seeking for an individual who is looking to work on commercial projects completing refurbishment and new-build works.

This is an office-based position primarily however there will be occasional site visits as required. Projects can be on a nationwide basis however they do offer flexible working when visiting sites.

• Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 - Dependent on experience
• 28 Days holiday + Bank holidays
• Business mileage can be claimed when attending site.

• Working hours: 8am - 4.30pm - Office based Or Site visits.

• Completing a range of Estimating duties
• Working on a range of construction projects in the commercial sector, particularly care projects.
• Project values between £50k and £10 million in value
• Based near Wolverhampton visiting sites across the UK
• Site visits are diary dependent, typically 1 a week.
• Working amongst a small team
• Further duties can be discussed as required

• Minimum of 2-3 years' estimating experience
• Experience/Knowledge in the care sector advantageous
• Living within commuting distance of the office
• Must hold a full driving licence
• Must be looking for a long-term role
• Strong Excel skills
• Proactive approach
