Position: Fire Door Carpenter

Rate: 190 - 200 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Door Carpenter to join our team in Wolverhampton. As a Fire Door Carpenter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire doors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair fire doors and associated fixtures
Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of fire doors
Provide expert advice on fire door safety and compliance
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fire Door Carpenter
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification
Comprehensive knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Valid CSCS card
Own tools and reliable transport
