£40,000 - £60,000 + Hybrid-working Available + Training, Including Support to Further Qualifications + Progression to Management Available + Vehicle Allowance + Holidays Increasing with Service

This specialist designing, manufacturing, and installation business is well known for its extensive training opportunities, high standards, and strong client relations. Due to growing demand and plans for expansion, the company is looking to bring in an experienced Estimator, with the view of supporting the right candidate to a senior/management position as you become an industry expert.

In this role, you will build upon client relationships, as you receive and deal with incoming enquiries, sort tender packages, quantify drawings, while also compiling prices and sales proposals. Hybrid working will be available along with a car allowance for the successful applicant

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estimator/Estimating Manager, with experience within the construction or fire & security industry being desirable, but not essential. You will also be willing to undergo further training to progress your career to become a senior member of the estimating team.

The Role

Receiving and dealing with incoming inquiries
Organization of tender packs
Quantification of drawings
Compiling of pricing & sales proposals
Hybrid working available 2-3 days a week

The Person

Strong Estimating experience, ideally within the construction or fire & security industry however this is not essential
Managerial experience is beneficial, but not essential as training can be provided
Industry qualifications are desirable, but not essential as training can be provided
Looking to take on a senior/management position in the future
