- Standard 40 Hour Working Week 7am – 4pm Monday to Thursday (including ½ Hour Lunch Breaks), 7am – 1pm Friday
- £20.00 Per Hour Standard Rate
- £30.00 Per Hour Overtime Monday to Saturday Morning
- £40.00 per Hour Overtime Saturday Afternoon & Sunday
Position Overview: We are looking for a time served manual machinist who is proficient in milling, turning and grinding. The ideal candidate will have experience of manufacturing jigs and fixtures. They will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production of Jigs and Fixtures and meeting strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Experience:
· Experienced time served machinist
· Excellent Manual Milling, Turning and grinding skills
· Capable of reading complex engineering drawings
· Ideally have 10 years Manual Machining experience
· Experience of working on an XYZ Prototrak
· Strong background in producing Jigs and Fixtures.
· Must have attention to detail, flexibility and have a team player mentality
. Any experience of using a CMM would be advantagous.
Hours of work: Mon-Thurs 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-1pm
