Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £38000 - £40,000

Shift: Monday to Friday Days + Call Out (1 week in 3)

Location:  Wolverhampton

Are you an experienced Multi ski8lledMaintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge in an industrial manufacturing environment? Join this team and play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising electrical systems across our industrial manufacturing facility. Your expertise will help minimise downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Engineer:

Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and industrial machinery.

Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including motors, PLCs, control panels, and automation systems.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

Work collaboratively with the engineering team to drive efficiency improvements.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:

Bias: Strong electrical background with mechanical awareness.

Qualifications: Recognized

engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND, City & Guilds, or equivalent).

Experience: Previous experience working in an industrial engineering/manufacturing environment.

Skills: Strong fault-finding ability, PLC knowledge, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
