  • Supporting the Learning and Development department to ensure smooth day-to-day running
  • Diary management for L&D trainers
  • General administration duties
  • Supporting with monthly reports
  • Communicating via email and occasionally phone
  • Managing electronic processes for training i.e. certificates, transport, accomodation, materials, confidential records

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years administration experience
  • Experience working for a care/education company is ideal but not essential
  • Knowledge of IT systems, especially MS Teams, Outlook, MS Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail skills
  • Good time management, diary management and organisation skills
