My Wolverhampton based Engineering / Manufacturing client are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.
Duties:-
- Order processing
- Booking new enquiries onto system
- Updating system for quoted business
- Managing price amendments on the MRP system
- Booking international shipping
- Liaising with customers regarding their accounts
- Liaising with internal teams - sales & estimating regarding queries
- Contract review including drawing control checks
- Compiling cross-functional team KPI's & dept PowerPoint presentations
- Carry out project handover meetings on behalf of sales team if required
Key Skills:-
- Essential you have worked in a Sales Administration role previously.
- Engineering / Manufacturing background would be advantageous.
- Excellent IT skills - MS Office.
- Confident communication skills
- Proactive in nature
- Good attention to detail
- Forward thinking
- Able to pick up systems and processes quickly
