Expleo is working on behalf of their esteemed client in Wolverhampton, who is actively recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, including file auditing, trade transfers, and other ad-hoc duties.
- Collaborate closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department, and various members of the management team.
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly handling incoming enquiries from customers.
The Sales Administrators work flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous, along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required.
- We seek an individual committed to providing excellent customer service and thriving in a busy, high-pressure environment.
- Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail, and be willing to go the extra mile. A passion for prioritising customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
