Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role offers an attractive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 plus bonus, based in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial Manager, coordinating customer orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction, assist with the sales process, and help drive business growth to achieve or exceed budget targets.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Administrator, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for making telephone sales calls to both cold and warm prospective customers while also seeking out new business leads. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients. You will coordinate order processing, working closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of orders meets customer promises given. Additionally, you will assist in generating sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analysing sales performance. Your innovative thinking will allow you to identify and suggest improvements to enhance the sales coordination and customer service process.

* Making telephone sales calls to both "cold" and "warm" prospective customers.* Seek out new business leads using various means including existing data base, internet & social media.* Maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.* Coordinate order processing, working closely with operations and logistics teams.* Assist in generating sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analysing sales performance.* Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the sales coordination and customer service process.
