The Telesales Advisor position offers a competitive salary with a base of £23k and an OTE of £29-30k.
This is a remote, permanent role requiring 12 months of sales experience within the last 3 years or similar call center experience.

Make 100/150 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team currently hitting their targets).
Ensure you’re meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

12 months experience of sales within the last 3 years or 12 months experience in a similar role, e.g. call centre.
A quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
