Our client, based in Wolverhampton, is looking for a Scheduling Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably with scheduling or allocating engineers. The position will also be heavily focused on customer service, so customers should always be at the forefront of every task. Duties and responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of all orders, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email to arrange and confirm dates
  • Allocate orders to engineers, ensuring the correct documentation is provided
  • Monitor customer orders
  • Plan schedules for Engineers
  • Ensure equipment is available for engineers to complete duties
  • Provide customers with correct documentation
  • Regularly communicate with Field Service Engineers, Service Sales Managers, and internal departments to address customer requests and streamline processes.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by gathering information from Field Service Engineers and ensuring all data is captured within the SPIRIT system.
Experience required:
  • Previous administration experience is compulsory
  • Scheduling or planning experience is beneficial
  • SAP experience is beneficial
  • Must be a competent user of Microsoft package
  • Customer service experience
  • IT Literate and have excellent communication skills
