- Coordination of recruitment activities including job specification creation, job postings, interview schedules, candidate screening, and shortlisting.- Administration of new hires including onboarding preparation and system set up.- Coaching line managers on low-level employee relations cases, escalating complex cases to the HR Business Partners.- Support the HR team in the design and implementation of training interventions.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with training and documentation.Skills and Attributes:

- Experience operating in a HR coordinator capacity in a fast-paced business environment.- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.Benefits:
