- Preparing New Business enquiries prior to submission to underwriters
- Reviewing completed quotation requests and providing feedback to brokers and underwriters as necessary
- Liaising with brokers in terms of coverage and pricing
- Dealing with background checks and updating policy records
- Assisting with claims enquiries
- Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
- Carrying out Sanction Search checks
- Managing own workload of New and Existing Business cases as well as mid-term adjustments subject to agreed levels of authority
- Assisting with general administration as required
- Adherence to compliance and regulatory procedures
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- You will be able to understand and implement ‘best practice’ in customer service.
- You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with excellent time management.
- You will be able to work under pressure, adapt and be flexible in approach.
- You will have excellent communication skills which includes verbal, written, listening and negotiation, having the ability to communicate at all levels.Â
- You will be adept at problem-solving.
