Our client is a long standing and professional Water Hygiene / Legionella company who provide the full range of Water Hygiene / Legionella management services across the Midlands. They are now looking to take on a diligent and hardworking Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer. You will be covering various private and public sector sites, ensuring to carry out work in line with agreed time frames, maintaining the company's high standards and reputation. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold a qualification relevant to plumbing, e.g., City and Guilds / NVQ L2 or higher.
" Will have extensive hands-on experience working as an engineer for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of relevant HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" IT literate, familiar with updating onsite logbooks.
" Able to communicate with clients and colleagues efficiently.
The Role:
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines and carrying out water sampling and temperature monitoring.
" Servicing TMVs and carrying out failsafe testing.
" Deadleg removals.
" Rerouting and removing of pipework copper and PVC.
" Expansions valve installations.
" Undertaking fault finding on site, ensuring to correct any issues in line with agreed timeframe.
" Closed system sampling and analysis.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Cleans and disinfections of CWSTs.
" Updating onsite logbooks accurately upon completion of work.
